The System Security service hung on starting. on window 2000 pro

我用windows 2000 pro sp4. 最近老当机. 很难reboot. 好不容易reboot 起来了, 我查了event viewer, 问题在 The System Security service hung on starting. (Event ID 7022, Soure: Service Control Manager). 请高手帮忙啊...
