上网过程中经常遇到所有网页关闭,谢谢高手指导！

请问如何解决这个难题，我上网过程中经常遇到跳出一个提示：

FIREFOX.EXE-application error
The instruction at "0x771ba6c8" referened memery at "0x000000", the memory could not be "Written".

然后不管点"ok", "No"，所有网页就关闭了， 谢谢高手指导！
