请问看不了中文pdf文件的问题

在学校的pc上打开pdf文件时：
The Traditional Chinese Language support package is required to display this page properly. Under the current configuration, this resource is not available.
因为没有管理权限所以也不能install新版本。

请问高手们有什么办法么？（需要打印，只能用学校pc)
