1st: your DVD player must be able to play VCD

because not all DVD player can play VCD.

2. play "VCD" on computer, do not require the special folder structure of VCD - computer can play that file you made, and is much smarter than DVD player.

3. Make sure, the CD you made is VCD. You can open the VCD and check the folder structure
