IBM笔记本电脑Pc recovery menu didnt show up

I pressed the blue ThinkVantage button, it didnt show the Restore your system Choice. it Just showed Press F1 to continue, press F12 to boot from either hard drive or CD, press ESC to pause, something like that I cant remember exactly, but just didnt show the Restore your system choice. I think maybe Vista changed the Hard Drive format to NTFS, maybe it should be FAT 16 for the IBM Recovery Partition to work
