Installing Chinese WinXP on the same C drive

in which your English version resides is a potentially dangerous practice and may cause unexpected problems to your system. I don't think installing any extra drivers will solve your problem. Since you just newly bought the machine, my suggestion is to do a system restore using the restore partition on your hard drive (this will restore your system to the original out-of-factory condition). If you do need Chinese Windows on your system, the best way is to reinstall the machine (basically, wiping out the original English version), or using some sort of partition software and create a new partition, then install Chinese Windows to the new partition.
