探讨一下 FlashDrive2.0 VS HD

is a 2GB/4GB USB2.0 flash drive much faster than a regular 7200RPM HD?
what about compare to SCSI HD?
and EVEN iRam?

If you install a game or OS on it, would it be faster? better performance?
