有高手在吗?怎样编辑DAT(VCD)或VOB(DVD)

Anybody knows how to import DAT(VCD) or VOB(DVD) file
to adobe premier and than edit it?

Or how can we transfer the DAT or VOB to the format like mpg, mpeg... that premier supports.
