Lots of minor hardware problems.

We traveled with Hainan airline for the first time this summer. The planes are of newer models, Boeing 777 and 787. However, there are many minor hardware problems:

1. one chair doesn't recline

2. the sound system on one chair has problems on and off

3. the control for window brightness has problems

4. the AC doesn't work well leaving some areas too cold and other areas too hot

5. the space between chairs feels smaller than other airlines.
