Love your mom and dad

I think the best way to not to ask what you want... Instead, love them, appreciate what they have done for you. The power of love and appreciation is unbelievable... They can give you whatever you want.

From what you described, at least your mom loves you most. 辛辛苦苦养大you. It is not easy for her to give you the money. Do you think she got that much money?

Your dad does not seem to be that great. But not the worst dad either. Life is not easy in US either but it should be much easier than your mom. Also he did not have to 辛苦养大you. At least he should have had been thankful to your mom. You said "可能有机会到国外上中学" which I think it may not be possible. If your dad was really trying very hard to have you move to abroad, he should have not problem to support you for university. On the other hand, life in US is not easy, it depends that how many kids he has, it may not be possible he can afford all. He also needs to save for his retirement...

The possible solutions would be
1. get loan as 谦诚- said.
2. Borrow money from your parent.
3. Why not finish your undergraduate in China? Then get 2nd BS or go to graduate school in US?
