you still can, but almost certain that you can't get in top B-school, you may still have chance to get into upper-average B-School if you have VERY strong working experience and good application material,,but it is another question that if it is really worthwile doing a MBA in a non-top school given that you still need to spend 2 years time and a lot of money.... since non-Top B school absolutely provide you much less chances to the best employers.....
