Get a prepaid cell phone. Go to walmart, buy a Net10 phone or TracFone. Then buy phone card as you need. It's 10 cents per minute for any call, even calls to china. If you made lots of calls, buy Straight Talk phone from WalMart, $45 per month with unlimited voice, text and data.
