当当当……
波特兰吃喝团又聚会了。
以前每次聚会大家都说要点主题,其实大家能在一起聊天交流,能吃喝喝好就是最好的主题。
非常感谢红模仿一家的盛情招待,为大家准备了宽敞舒适的就餐环境,丰盛的美味,各式各样的零食,水果和各种饮料。

魔芋啤酒鸭 By:ruge

1.鸭子洗净沥干,斩件;

2.八角、桂皮、花椒洗净;干辣椒洗净后剪成两截,去籽;生姜切片,大蒜拍松去皮,葱切花

3.净锅置于火上,二勺油烧热,放入八角、桂皮、花椒、姜片、大蒜,用小火炒出香味

4.下入鸭肉,转大火爆炒,将鸭肉中的水分炒干炒至鸭肉出油。鸭肉连油带水,出来很多, 我都倒掉了。

5.再放入干辣椒与两小勺老抽,炒匀至鸭肉上色

6.放入适量的盐及少量的白糖,炒匀后倒入啤酒,盖上锅盖,大火烧开后加切块的魔芋。

7. 转小火煮约20分钟,下入葱花炒匀即可

盐焗鸡 By:Pino

做法:
1、将鸡洗净,抹一层盐,葱姜塞入鸡内,用纸将鸡包住。 (我用parchmentpaper)
2、将粗盐(注意一定要是粗盐,不能用食盐)炒热,留一部分铺在锅底,将鸡放在上面。
3、将剩下的盐覆盖在鸡上面,将鸡包得严严实实的。
4、大火焗上二十分钟就可以了

海鲜油炸豆腐 By:米卡


Ingredients

1 soft tofu
1 cup of chopped shrimp
1 cup of fish paste
1 egg.
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp white pepper
1/ 2tsp salt
1tbs vanilla extract


Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl breaking up the tofu. Mixture will be kind of slushy. In a Non Stick pot pour enough oil for deep frying the mix. Make sure you use nonstick pot as the mixture will sink and if you don’t use a nonstick pan, your mixture will stick to the bottom of the pot and fall apart when you try to unstick it.
Heat the oil on medium high heat. Once to temperature, use 2 metal soup spoons make a “football” shaped tofu from the mix and slowly drop it into the oil. Fry till golden brown. Drain the tofu on paper towel.

You can serve the tofu as is right out of the fryer or you can put this in soup. It is also good in hot pot. Once fried the tofu will not come a part in liquid.

台湾油饭 BY:米卡

台湾油饭的做法

1 糯米5杯
2 油葱酥2杯 (这个必不可少)
3 1.5 table spoon 五香粉
4 1 tea spoon 白糊交粉
5 1 cup 酱油
6 1 cup 米酒
7 1.5 磅五花肉
8 1 cup 虾米
9 1.5 cup 干香枯

将糯米泡8-12小时,将香枯和虾米泡软后不要把水倒掉,五花肉切成细条放半杯酒半杯酱油0.5table spoon 五香粉1table spoon糖搅拌一起后放过夜
泡过糯米,把水倒掉,加入泡香枯和虾米的水,然后把糯米放入蒸龙蒸半小时或至米热后,
将油倒入锅中至中火把五花油翻抄一下,然后放入香枯丝虾米翻抄,再放入油葱酥抄,把剩下半杯酒放入,抄到洒挥发掉,然后放入五香粉,白糊交粉继续抄,最后把蒸好饭一半倒入和锅里料一起抄,放入酱油,再将剩下一半糯米放入翻抄后,所有东西搅拌均云就可放回蒸龙,到吃时可把蒸龙放到火上蒸少许时间,油饭吃时一定要放上少许甜辣酱,味道才地道

纽约奶酪蛋糕 By:游走四方的鱼

Cream Cheese 250g ,Sour Cream 200ml 鲜奶油 200ml 糖 110g 鸡蛋 3支 玉米淀粉 2大勺 柠檬汁,柠檬皮 1大勺 香草油 4-5滴(可免)

准备工作:

1,称量所有材料

2,CreamCheese,鸡蛋,放置室温回软

3,烤箱预热350华氏度,烧开一壶热水

4,圆形烤盘里铺好烤纸备用。因为纽约奶酪蛋糕采用的是隔水烤的办法,所以为了防止进水,一定用铝锡箔将圆形烤盘底部包裹好。

制作方法:

1,creamcheese放在一个大盆里用打蛋器打软,再分3次放入砂糖打成cream状。

2,将sour cream分三四次放入1中,继续打成cream状。

3,分别打入鸡蛋,每打进一个都要搅拌润滑。随后加入鲜奶油,柠檬汁和香草油。

4,最后放入玉米淀粉,充分搅拌润滑倒入烤盘(我用的是7寸盘)。

5,烤箱预热375华氏度,准备一个烤盘,注入热水,将圆形烤盘放入注入水的烤盘中。随后放进烤箱烤30分钟。

6,30分钟以后把烤箱温度调节到350华氏度,再烤30分钟,然后关火,然蛋糕在烤箱里焖着知道初步冷却完毕,烤箱温度恢复到基本室温。
