"SpaceX will be raising $50B at a $1.5 trillion valuation. That's a massive issue for Tesla shareholders since it means there will be a very small free float. The small free float will be creating a scarcity situation which hedge funds will be front running since the probability of an explosively soaring share price on day one will become very high in a hot IPO.

This share price explosion will certainly drive FOMO Tesla money. This will draw massive amounts of TSLA/Elon invstments into SX/Elon investments. "
