new graduates so they wouldn't be lured away by the competitors.   Now...

Furthurmore, Amazon, meta, even Capital one, are sweat shops.  They always reach out to the new graduates to replace their workforce in early 30s.  People working there should consider they are working for the resumes, not pay checkes or not career.
