都需要时间成长自己。在这个过程中，无论是发言还是行为，要持positive attitude,  要 做constructive suggestions, to be a critical thinker but not a contarian. 长期下去，必有福报。如果相反，必会殃及自己。 

一句大白话，要造福积德，众善奉行！
