Tried Island and ship both, and feel island too boring

We view the cruise as bringing your own hotel room, and restaurants with you for an island-hopping trip.

Caribbean islands are too small for spending more than a day or two on the island, unless you have a purpose, such as SCUBA diving.

Pueto Rich would be about the only exception, or St.John if you love beaches. St.John is the most pure island because its status of US National Park.

Barbados and Jamaica are big islands that one can explore more, however, the safety for visitors, esp in Jamaica, is a real concern.
