In my company, they don't care who can finish the work, there is another factors.In Chinese standard, hard-worker is perferance in Chinese company, but in U.S. company, differnt companies have different enterprise cultural. Some companies can't tolerate a hard-worker.

But a good side of U.S., if you are work really hard, it is no hard to find another company which fit to your style.
