Then maybe you should ask those Chinese students who work in Chinatown why they failed to launch a job in Big4. If they have the same English skills as the Chinese in Big 4, what is making the differences here?

This is not a question for me to answer, but for them.

Once again, hard-working is not the ONLY factor to success, but one of the keystones.
