I just changed my job (after 10-year) one month ago, here is the list of changes:

1. 14% salary increase.
2. vacation from 4-week to 2-week.
3. commuting time from 120-min to 70-min (round trip).
4. mostly important, right now I am doing the thing I am interested in.
