I guess advanced approaval is my boss's permission, what does "degree-oriented" mean?

I have 1 MS in analytical chemistry and another MS in molecular biology, and I have 7 years of research and work experience in several fields. But I found out I like to work with people more than work in the lab, and I don't see I have much future in scientific research unless I get a PhD, which I'm not interested.

I want to work in a biotech/pharmaceutical company in a non-bench position, which I can have chance to learn more about the business part of these industries, while still let my technical background contribute to my career.

It's impossible to leap to a manager/VP Sales & Mktg position right after graduation. That's my long-term goal, and I'm still in my late 20s, have enough time to prepare myself for that. That's why I want to 在职读MBA.

I need someone experienced to give me some opinion about the specific program, since I don't know much about it and I want to choose the right program which can benefit my future career in the best way, does it make sense now? I appreciate more information from u, thanks!!!
