I have some basic information for you:
1. HR usually don't have much limitation on reimberment other than requirements of advanced approaval and degree-oriented. More often, its up to your boss approve it or not.

2. What's you r caree goal? You have to have a goal before others can help you. BTW, how old are you and what background do u have?

3. In general, you have some intitial goals about your path in MBA then may modify it during your study.
