请教在职读MBA的朋友！

公司benefits里的tuition reimbursement有什么program的限制吗？If I work as a technical service scientist in a biotech company, and study for an MBA at the same time, am I eligible for this benefit?
Would somebody please give me an introduction of these specific areas in MBA programs, such as marketing, finance, management etc., I don't like accounting though. What are the differences of these areas? What does each area focus on and their applications in industry? And what kind of position I can get with each specific area? I still want to stay in high-tech industry, don't want to totally abandon my sci-tech background, need some constructive advice for my career transition from pure lab-work, thanks for your early reply!!!
