宏观的问题呼唤宏观的回答
翻开任何一个CTO的招聘广告或job desscription, 都会看到类似的‘高大上’的条件 - global thinking, deep knowledge of the technical area, keen sense of emerging tech trends, strong probem solving skill, strategic thinker, superb communication skills and decision-making ........这方面的书籍可说是汗牛充栋但又大同小异。
假如我是这样工作的申请人,我会做到熟记并能罗列出这些素质/能力, 但我更要做到的是能drill down into each of these by giving my own experience and examples.
如果我是申请人的面视官, 我不会浪费太多时间在这些high leve topics上。我会想办法问一些能很好反映这些能力的问题,譬如: Tell me one or two challenging problems/projects that you (and your team) have solved/handled. What was your thinking then and why?
