换工作，新公司在别州。 当初面试的时候，hiring manger 提到老员工继续远程办公，HR要求新员工on site， 但是听口气不是强求。 我说open to relocation。新的职位

和客户打交道，完全没有on site  的必要

hiring manager 也是remote

最近和朋友讨论退休计划，意识到relocation 不太合适。 所以想反悔relocation. 现在的公司不想呆了。

大家有什么好的理由？
