offer 拿到了。 但是怎么觉得对offer 里面这句话不理解，

After successful completion of your probation period, your employment may be terminated by
xxx at any time for just cause, without notice and without pay in lieu of notice.

就是说如果犯错， 公司可以随时让我走人，既不提前通知， 也不付任何赔偿。我记得过去的offer 都是without notice，  or with pay in lieu of notice.
