周二我有一个面试，老板说我是最后一个面试的后选人，也是最好的，当场给我offer, 比我上个工作少二万多，所以我提出了接近我原来salary 的数字，他说与别的人讨论一下。我回来之后又下来了一个感谢的邮件并mention 了希望pay 的salary. 他立即回了我。

我想要这份工作，我又写了邮件其中有这样的问句Can you tell me again what’s your maximum pay for this position? I just wish you can pay me that I expected, can negotiation. Let me clear know if you give me an offer, totally, how much is your final pay? Thanks!一天过去了，他也没有回复我？请教我该怎么办？再写给他或打电话说我接受他给的offer 或打电话给他？謝谢！
