Take it easy

There is no project to you, however you still get paid. Basically it is the best time to do self improvement and find job either internally or outside.

It is pointless push your own agenda, which is going to make the team mad. Just take it easy and move slowlly, make good relationship with them and enjoy life each day!

However if the relationship has been damaged already, then it is time to move on.
