It works everytime for me

There are always jerks in workplace but you have to make those jerks doing their part. U can't expect everyone like u but u can make them respect u. But of course u have to do ur part first and be really careful with ur language ... laying out all the negatives with seemingly positive words. If u have to choose between a reputation of being tough and being nice, I will chose being tough.
