time and in a right way. I won't talk to my manager ... it's no longer worth manager's after the fact (u r supposed to handle it urself). But next I'll still ask for his help and if he ask 为什么要他做 ... I would respond that coz' I need help and you are my trusted teammate and a good team player. If he has problem, I'll tell him that's fine and I'll see if others can help. Then I will email to other colleagus, including those not on you team, including the guy, and copy my boss, soliciting help from everyone. I'll explain the situation, appologize for bothering everyone but it's urgent, and my teamate can't help me due to other priorities. I'll guarantee you that the manager will deal the situation righr away.
