Take this offer or not?

I received one offer from a financial service company (Mortgage Industry, focus on Home Loan). The position is Financial Analyst and the salary is $50K. The location is just about 5 miles away from my home, very close. Because my major is Information System and I do not have previous working experience in Finance, I am wondering if I should accept this offer or not (it means career shift).
