我是去听了他的讲座之后买的，还没看完。作者比较传奇，曾经是奥运少年组队员，然后职业魔术师，现在Wharton school教授。这本书里就是分析给予型领导和索取型性格领导，Enron 前CEO就是个take 型CEO, 最后我们都知道那公司发生了什么。

对他讲座里说的另外一个印象深刻的就是：it is importnat to get the right people on the bus. It is also critical to get the wrong people off the bus. 不管是创业还是管理团队一定要用对的人，有个"坏人"在bus上面，有可能永远到不了目的地.
