 我还没有长期 远程工作 过，只是偶尔 在家工作1~2 天。 想听听长期 远程工作 对公司和雇员两方面容易 出 啥问题， 如何应付？

softskills 问题， 我还是对自己有信心的。 但也想听你的经验之谈。 

 

另外， 我在INTERVIEW最后，也会问Hiring Manager 2-3个问题。 比如：

How will U judge my performance if hired?

what's the 1st project/task I will be involved with?

Your company/team has done great as far, can U share  several key points how U did it?
