It's in IT industry.

I was fired because my supervior was not very pleased with my performance.

In the interview, I showed them some of my previous school works. They were very impressed. But I asked for an entry level salary because I still feel that I was lack of industry experience.

Now they said that I spent more time than they expected to finish my first task. They can not afford mentoring people.

What should I say when I am asked about the reason of the termination of this employment later, say for my next job? Do you think I can get another offer if I tell the company that I was fired before?

Any suggestions and advices are welcome!
