performance review 绩效考核的问题

1。昨天,刚和MANAGER 搞了performance review 绩效考核。虽然是纯技术岗位,因为 级别关系, 所以MANAGER要求也较高。 

 其中, 一点:  (the employee) should continue to expand his reach and influence to the entire project as well as actively help set workflow and pipelines for the project.   should act as an influencer on both personal and group situations.

经理解释:我的技术没问题, 要 主动出击,多和别的部门联系, 主动找问题,出主意,别等问题上门。要注意与难缠的人 说话技巧。

这几点,其实我是没花精力的,只专注自己的一块。 所以,也是公平的评价。 大家在主动出击 expand  reach 上 有啥好建议吗?
