Full-TimeAre you interested in working with customers and vendors? This position is responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Also responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements.
This job is based out of Fremont, CA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and assist customers
- Handle orders, complaints and other inquiries
- Provide quotes for customers’ RFQs
- Follow up on sales leads
- New product sourcing, supplier development and all purchasing activities
- Prepare of weekly reports
Qualifications:
- BS degree in business administration is preferred
- Organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Time management
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
