Your English indeed needs improving ...

The two sentences that you presented here are full of errors. Admitted, this is a forum for overseas Chinese, but when you  are rejecting your manager's help by supervising your English and seeking for advice on this forum, your argument is not convincing. You are indeed having issues in communication in English. I'm afraid.
