加班通常有两种情况：

1. 很多人是为了表现/显示自己工作忙，诸如加班，办公桌上堆满高高的文件，而那些文件可能几天都不会翻一下，这种情况往往出现在公司走下坡路，自己对工作没有安全感；
2. 个人能力有问题，不能prioritize your workload and multi task, not work effectively.
