至于说，九个小时十个小时的事，那是非常 un-formal conversation, trying to make it work (so the guy can stay), 显然这个老板的 approach 也不 work， if he does not try that, just terminates it earlier, everything will be better. -- And we all will be better off.

个人认为这是对中国文化的认识：都需要更现实一点，想 terminate, 马上就干，不要留时间。（当然，在雇佣期间，钱要给足 -- market level, 不要指望那些个什么小恩小惠。）
