This is what I think you should do

As a common courtesy, you will give your employment a two -week notice, even they don’t deserve it. Let them know that you will be leaving your company, pursuing another opportunity.
Spend the last two weeks as if these days were your best time in this company, then leave.
What’s happened, has happened, what’ll be, will be.

Remember, this is not about the money. It is about your personality, and being professional.
