what to do when being excluded from meetings

新老板６个月前加入公司.
两月前，新老板招了新人，让我培训完，就不再乎我了，我在公司三年，IN KEY POSITION，新人只接手１／３ 我的工作，我忽然注意到，从上周起，新老板竟然不再invite me for meetings, 但是E新人做不了，很多问题bounced back to me. 因为没有参加meetings,不知道具体的问题是什么，新人又不能接解释很清楚，mostly the stake holders are not in our department, I have to contact them to get the details, this is inefficient, 让我很难处理.


我们这个部门很忙，招新人就是为了分担一些PROJECTS， 但是exluding me from meetings make me uncomfortable ,大家认为老板的意图是什么？

我上周五和老板谈了我的感受，He apologized immediately， 我不知道他的真正意图是什么？

我该做什么准备呢？ 我和大老板(the boss of this 新老板) 关系不错，是否该越级COMPLAIN一下？

不太想马上换工作，只是想 采取策略保护自己。
