performance evaluation 问题

去年10月底才到一美国公司。韩国人老板不讲里，performance evaluation 多是 Good 或 acceptable (Excellent, very good, good, acceptable, less than acceptable)。这样的评价在公司里多吗？吗？若是less than acceptable肯定要走人吧？
