"仅此一项要求， 我便知道了， 噢， 赶情您没做过国际贸易呀。 这都什么年代了？没有知识也得也有点常识."  This is related to where and how the arbitration and/r litigation to be conducted if dispute arises.  One may have a translation of the document but it won't be signed.
