My apology for the misunderstnding

Even my post mentioned your name I meant to expression a general opinion about the career ceiling I think many or some Chinese people in the accounting field are encountering. 

I certainly would not disagree with you that it is difficult to land a job when without much related experience. It's the dilemma for all jobs, not just accounting. What I was trying to say is even with experience it is difficult to move up because of language barrier. 

Good luck with your job searching. Be patient. There must be a job that is right for you. Sometimes it's just the timing, or purely luck if I may say.
