:) not sure if I belong to the "good assistant" group, I hope so.  I graduated from USTC in 1999 and it took me many years to get Ph.D., because I also got my two babies in graduate school.  :) it's very important experience to have resonance with the manager, even for scientist.

We  might be interested to move to CA areas in future, :) can we linked-in?  thanks!
