你好像只说了他不会什么，那他能做什么呢？先给他能做的做，从简单的开始。

职场是这样子的哈：要想跑得快，靠自己；要想爬得高跑得远，靠人。

刚从电影里看来一句共勉吧：
you should be nice to people on your way up, because you will see them again on your way down
