HR要求填写的Preliminary Questionnaire， 不是behavior的问题

 

1.列举相关的经历。
这个问题是否需要很详细描述，并且加上实例？因为说的是describe experience，是否说一段时间内的，如果我之前和目前的工作都相关，是举其中一个还是都列举？
-- List all your important experiences, oneline one item. Example:
Set up and supported more then 70 production Oracle Databases at Microhoo.

2.describe the areas of development related to position
这个问题我有些困惑，这是主要针对什么方面问的？
-- Fill the information which can sellyourself for the job.

3.目前的工资和期待的工资范围。
现在就要说么？有没有比较模糊的回答方式，但是不会影响职位申请？
-- Some candidate didn't fill this question, get hired.
-- Some candidate gve a number for this question,still not hired.
-- You do not have to answer right now.
-- You may need fill in a number to let the program go if you fill the form on internet.
