3 months is still short-term.  So you probably won't get uplift for your salary.  but you can ask for a lot of things
0) furnited apartment
1) transportation allowance  ($25 per day?)  or a car with a driver
2) meal allowance   $100.0/day?
3) over inconvinient $25 perday?
Then maybe round-trip tickets to come back to visit your family once?
