Do you want to be the lead or not?

I thought you meant no, but the other two thought you wanted to be the lead.   It will be good if you can clarify the following:
Is it already decided?  Is it H or you?  do you want to be the lead, or you don't mind H be the lead and only want to not have it too bad from him?
