是最大的问题。  要知道在scrum的环境下， everything is transparent, release is every other week (we have 2-week sprints)。  如果tickets/projects没有进展， 混是很难混下去的， 最好早地告诉manager。  很多时候也不完全是remote employee的问题。  比如说， requirement needs clarifications,  找product manager, 人家却不回email， 你的进展就受到影响.  这种情况下， 最好告诉你的manager, 让他／她帮忙。  Email 也可以CC 你的manager.
